I asked to refund amount and take return. But they are saying We would like to inform you that the product that is delivered to you is the same product which has been provided to us by the merchant. We, at Shopclues.com provide standard quality products to our customers. Therefore, the merchant will not be able to accept the return/replacement of the product.
