[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — On the 22nd, ShopClues deducted my money from Paytm UPI [protected]@paytm and has not refunded it yet.

22 February 2021 Shoplcues pvt ltd deducted 565 rupees from my account ___
I tried to order a mobile from shopclues and My [protected] mobile nmbr and [protected]@gmail.com is registered on ShopClues__My number is not registered with the bank__so I paid from another paytm upi number

Due to which my payment was not successful ___ and my Rs 565 was transferred to ShopClues. Private Limited__

After that neither the mobile order nor the money was returned
