Order id[protected] and[protected] undelivered I ordered a nokia refurbished 1600 mobile and zyden white sport sunglasses. The above order was not delivered by blue dart & informed that products undelivered customer not found after few days shopclues reply me products delivered. How can it possible i hope something they are playing actually blue dart do not wants delivered my products. I want my refund. Very bad experience sheamfull... Kindly take the matter seriously. Date:21.01.2019, Order No:[protected], Initially i ordered a product Classic white cream, Payment process is done by Google Pay and it was failed and amount debited from Bank, Then immediately repaid amount trough Debit card then payment successfully completed on same order number, then how to get my first debited amount, still amount not refunded.
