I got a letter.in that is was written like that i had won scratch card coupon and one lakh prize money on ocassion of celebrating shopclues anniversary in which they selceted me in random lucky draw contest. They were knowing my phone number But no messeges came to my phone number I checked in my shopeclues app also i didnt get any notification regarding to this So i want to confirm this and they are asking for bank account details Is this really from shopclues or fake What should i do now Was this information helpful? | |||||

I and my brother order three Kamasautra men deo from shopclues... Order id[protected].. When i received it from bluedart courier service, I broke the seal of packaging and saw that a totally broken empty wild stone deo. Bottle inside it...and my brother received a mosquito spray... It is so embarrassing

As I have attached a picture of that SMS that I have won a prize of maruti Suzuki of price 750000. They are now asking me my account no. And asking me to pay 6000 rupees for registration and if don't pay I will not get the winning prize.
So my question is that is your company fraud or u people are fraud. I'm really upsad with this company costumer privacy. This is person who calls me.

I got a letter in that letter written like dear customer you got an prize money offer on the occasion of 10 th birthday of shop clues you're selected one of the lucky customer that the company has selected. They gave one scratch cover in that they provided 100000 prize money

Yesterday, I got a letter from shopclues and the letter claim I won 1 lakh Rupees and a moment I am so happy but thanks for consumer complaints to save my money. thay ask my account details so I got confused about that is another fake letter I received .

How come shop clues reveals our address and phone numbers... i doubt if any one from shop clues revealed the customer data or joined the fraud team as i have received such letter second time
