Respected, sir/mam I want to say that my mom buy a two sarees from shopclues.com but in those sarees have a problem. Problem is that there have a defective piece and colour was changed. We called the customers care no. They say that we will not do any thing and say that you searxh from google. Plz help us on 12th of october 2018 we can collect a parcel and deliwvery boy was say that after two in your phone the option was came but no one option will come in our phone. Plz help us. A representative from shopclues called and informed that i have won a contest and asked me to deposit an amount to a specific account. later i found that the represntative is fake and doing illegeal hacking and after dipositing amount the said representative is notanswering the call further

We booked 2 runners and bathmats.but only one runner we received instead of two.immediately we booked a complaint but no one respond properly this type of service was very bad.who will take care of my complaint
