[Resolved] ShopClues.com — delivered me wrong product and reject my return request | |||
I ordered 4sets of door curtains which was iliv mid brown flower designer door curtain set of 2. But i got totally wrong product, wrong color, wrong design even worst quality. I immediately apply for return request through shopclues app. After 2 days, that is today 16th november, 2018 when i checked in shopclues app, i found that my return request was rejected by merchant and even they didn't send me any notification or message or mail against it. They should take return this product. They are using different image in online store and delivering different product. They are fooling customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
