I have ordered for a portable dvd and paid full amount of rs.2350/-through online payment on 11/05/2016. I have received the packet through courier on 26/05/2016 around 12 noon. When i am opened the packet i saw that there is a huge mistake is happened from your side. The product which i got is entirely different from my order of portable dvd. I got a steel road with a black handle. The packet & pictures are of a portable dvd. How can it possible. What is the next? Please advice me
