[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Incomplete material supply and useless return/replacement policy | |||||
I had purchased a tv 40j500, online from shopclues. When i opened it there was no wall mount support in the packet as mentioned in their tech spec. There online return/replacement system is also not working. When i contacted they denied to supply and even not giving sellers contact no. I found their response worst ever all online sellers. Without wall hang support i am not able to use the tv due to space constraint. They did not declared before that it an imported item. The indian samsung company has denied to provide any support. The power supply plug connection is different and it is very difficult to get an adopter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
