[Resolved] Shopclues.com — incorrect product

It was my first order through this website and i wanted an iphone 5 so i searched and i got an titile as apple iphone 5 16gb (Open box).in shopclues.com
The website clearly mentioned it is in unboxed "expert certified".
Product id:[protected] phone condition:"unboxed"
Unboxed in thier website they showed in tabular colum as no scratched no dents and original accessories
The order was delivered to me i dint receive the original accessories
So i gave a call to customer services they were saying me it is an refurbished and u may or may get original accessories
I wasnt blind i saw all the details on the product decription

And the customer care sended me the info of this product id
Both are different product id
I want to cleary say i buyed bcz of the condition which was mentioned no dent no scratched and original accessories
Honestly i dint get wt i have ordered
