Dear sir, I have ordered on 16 the dec in your online products for led melbon 32 tv, and iam received on 24 th dec evening after 6.30 pm, (The couried person also not received any signature from us without confirmation they left) and while checked the tv, it is not working condition, power indicator light also not worked, display is not on. Book a iball tablets on 2/12/16 and request for cancellation of that on 3/12/16.but in spite of cancellation, i received the item on 8/12/16.create a issue for return of product several times but no positive response .issue is that when i request for cancellation then why the product delivered.AWB NO-[protected].
