[Resolved] ShopClues.com — missing of one item | |
My order no.[protected] dt. 02-08-19 for 2 nos of the product. but i received one only and the payment was already done for two items of same.all these days i have not got the right address to complaint today i got . pl look in to the matter and see that remaining item should be delivered soon. when i called customer care person on mobile they said we cant help. at least the shopclues company ha to intimate the thing to the merchant so that they may go back to their inventary and see how many items are disposed on that day. like that i may get justice. so i request shopclues do the needful in this matter. thanks to shopclues team.
