As i requested for refund through the mode of bank account, instead of cluesbucks but the shopclues team was not ready to make refund payment as customers appeal, instead of making the refund through the mode of cluesbucks, nd prolong the refund issue in delayed manner where the team doesn't mean any requirements according to d customers choices nd concerns.. If my money cant get back as i placed as refund through the bank account, i would ready to file a case against ur shopclues make sure to get my refund back to my account, ur service really dissuades d customers, never ever again!!!
