ShopClues.com — no delivery after online purchase | |||||
I placed an order through shopclues on 28th september 2017 worth inr 4665, order no[protected] they say the delivery is delayed due to unfortunate circumstances with cool. I paid through credit card and now my credit card bill also has come to pay the dues. Shopclues customer care says now i cannot cancel the product is already in transit and i would get the product after 20th sept which would be nearly a month. This is a very long wait for delivery. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money, they say it would be minimum 15-20 days for refund and refund can be given only when the product is returned back and arrived in good condition. Till then i have to wait for money. Its so horrible experience dont know what to do. When i speak with courier customer care safeexpress they say they got the courier booking only on 7th of october 2017 and accordingly they are supplying with this long delay. The product is damaged on three places.
the product quality like color, size, stitching and fabric is very poor. it is not as desired. Trying to contact ShopClues on customer care number as well as through email but not responding.
