Hi, My name is Deepangshu. I have not received order# 23657555. I did receive a call from the carrier. I ordered Philips Woofer + 1 speaker. I did receive woofer but till date I have not received the speaker. But when I check my Account details in Shopclues.com it shows orders is being already delivered. I there were 2 boxes, 1 for woofer and 1 for speaker under the same tracking number. So the carrier is saying that we can only deliver one box under one tracking order.
