ShopClues.com — Not replacing the newly purchased split air conditioner | |||||
I have purchased the videocon split ac from shopclues on 26th may 2017. Ordered ac is delivered on 1 june 2017. But when the ac is installed by videocon service engineer on 4 june 2017, it is found that ac compressor is not filled with gas. So, as per recommendation of the service engineer, there is internal leakage which can only be checked at the service center of videocon jabalpur. Same time, i personally go to the service center with my new purchased ac. After checking, they concluded that the whole compressor is dead, which is not resolved by them. Than i called shopclue customer care, one person (Vikalp lahori) asked me to share the job card provided by videocon service center, so that they can initiate the process of replacing the product. After that i have called everyday to find the status of my replacement, every time they replied our team is working on your problem, once the merchant is ready to deliver the product, we will replace it. But today he replied because product is damaged on arrived and i not reported within the two days as per policy. They cancel my replacement request after seven days.
