i am not able to use this product this product because of damaged product send to me.

I made a return request to them but they never responding for my mails..
I also tried to contact them through their customer support number but they put me in hold for long time but not even attend the call..I wasted lot of money for their phone calls also..
Please take some action against this kind of stupid online shopping sites

Sir purchase a nokia mobile Order#[protected]
and this mobile battery is not on working condition then i complained on shopcluse he send me another damaged battery and then no option on shopcluse site for complain even my mobile on warranty period
