ShopClues.com — Order id:[protected] product not delivered to me and they are showing its delivered | |||||
I have ordered artificial rose flowers from shopclues on 21 may and it was expected to be delivered by 26 may but after few days i got a message that due to some reason your parcel is delayed then i thought to track the order on dtdc site status was showing : receiver shifted then i contacted customer care of shopclues, their executive told me wait till 15th june you will surely receive the parcel. Now on 15th june i didn;t received my parcel but i got a message that my parcel is successfully delivered but actually in reality i haven't received that. Then i again customer care of shopclues again the executive told me please wait for 24th june our team is working on your issue and you will get your product or we will produce proof of delivery again when i called them on 25th june i first tracked order on dtdc it was showing status as rto so when i told them that i didn't got my order then they again told me wait for 27th june. Then again when i m calling them today they are telling me to wait till 6th july. Was this information helpful? | |||||
