I have ordered the above item on[protected] and delivery effected 20-08-15. Opening the parcel I find it a wrong size of 34. So I could not use it. Immediately I informed the customer care of the company and they registered a claim and allotted me ticket number 3850265.. First they agreed to organize courier for my parcel for reverse pick up and asked me to wait till 6 to seven days. After a week I wrote to them reminding for reverse pick up. Thy replied that my area (Pin:695003) is not under courier's jurisdiction for reverse pick up. Since I am senior citizen, aged 68+, I wrote them to advise the ticket number with the courier so that I can sent it through my representative. Still now I haven't got a favorable reply from the.
