I have ordered black men's sunglasses they sent me brown women sunglasses now I want replacement or refund but they are not ready for both. They are giving me 50 cluesbucks at place of 139/-. and now they are not replying me.

2. Order ID:[protected] Return ID:3855556 Return Requested on Sat, 18-Mar-2017
In this case order was missing from the box and I am asking for new product or refund but in this case also they are not replying from starting.

I know shopclues.com is beggar and seller also beggar but this is not a good way to earn money.

They initiated my refund for both orders. I am requesting them to pick up Sunglasses because it is useless for me.
