I've ordered panasonic t50 battery on 13th may, 2017. Battery is not working in phone, when called call center for the replacement, they had asked to charge for minimum 3 hours, i've tried charging it 5 hours instead of 3 hours yet it is not working. When called call center, they had promised delivery of 2 days, it's 7 days now, yet to receive new battery. Also, no one responding nor ready to give anything in writing for replacement of product.
