ShopClues.com — Prepaid order never delivered | |||||
I am trying my luck everywhere to see if i can get a resolution. I placed order number 94591101 order date: 4 jul 2016, 10:27 pm. For few days it kept on showing as in transit and then courier person called me and asked for address i told him i can reach to a nearby place if he is not able to locate and i he agreed but never came and after few days status showed as delivered. I have lodged complaints both with shopclues as well as courier company but no success. We have cctv installed in our locality and as per footage no-one came to our home to deliver the product.
