I ordered a mobile and when I received I found that quality is not up to the mark. I raised return request and it was successfully logged. But I haven't received any call or mail and no one came to pick up the product. Then I called them and their supervisor told me that they will reply within 2 days, but again no mail no msg no call and after waited about 3 days I again called their now I had word with their floor manager he also committed me that now response will in next 2 days now I am waiting from last 4days but no one called and confirmed me that what will happen about my product replacement. I bought this for my parents as I am going on training and they will be alone for 5 months. But I didn't want to give them bad quality product. Pls help me to resolve this issue.
