I ordered asus zenfone 4gb ram 64 gb harddisk mobile under unboxed offer. Order i'd is[protected]. Received the product on 09.05.17. It was not even turn on and received in a dead condition. I dailed supplies customer service requested for the replacement and they informed me to go to asus service center since the product is covered for six month warranty. I did the same, and they changed battery and lcd and now phone is working. Pls note after turn on i was checking for memory i got shocked it is 2gb ram and 16 gb hard disk. Again i was asking asus service person they are saying very clearly this is the product you gave to me and it is under six month warranty period we did service on free of cost. Then only i came to know that i received low version model phone in high version package. Only the packing cartoon box is having 4gb and 64 gb and inside phone is 2gb and 16th hard disk. And the imei numbers are different in the box and phone. Then i was failing customer care asked for the replacement. They are saying we are checking and given you the correct solution. Still i have not received any solution. Pls help me. Shopclues has cheated me... Attached the images of boxes, bill received from shopclues and asus service note...
