I had brought one black berry mobile from shopclues.com. I am totally aggrieved about the returned policy of shopclues. In my case black berry mobile phone is duplicate. I am going service center as per disscussion with customer care of shopclues he said its duplicate and back side cover of mobile not lock properly. Kindly take necessary action.
