ShopClues.com — regarding return of poor quality product | |||
I have done shopping at shopclues. The product was not up to my expectation. I have requested for return but they have refused it. How can they reject the return request of my order id –[protected]?? If i am not satisfied with the product they should take it back. This product was eligible for return within 7 days this was told by your side at the time of purchase. Take the product back and refund my money back. Shopping with shopclues people was my worst online shopping experience ever. When you can not satisfy your customer stop selling products online, Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi sir my mother not understanding products full shopah but delivery customer only shopah cover hence replace the this product substitute for some of money thanks sir
