[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Requested to change the shipping, address but least bothered proceed to ship to wrong address

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Had ordered 4 item from Shopclues on 15th Feb 2017, by mistake i marked shipping address to wrong address, from where i will not be able to collect the courier/ product or nobody else will be there.

I had requested them to change the shipping address on 15th Feb 2017, but there did not initiate for the same. But have shipped my orders to the wrong address, there is no response to the mail / calls.

I request you to kindly initiate for my refund amount.

Updated by Kavithamanjunath Hi, This is further to my above complaint, inspect of telling them not to delivery my order to the wrong address, they have delivery the order to that address only on 20 / 02/2017, but i some how manage to collect the parcel.

But the the product was very vast product, so i requested for a return on the same day with the address where im available, but still now there is no repose from there end or refunded my amount.

Shopclues is playing fool of there costumer, I request you to kindly do the needful by refunding the amount of Rs.400/- for the order Number[protected] and[protected]

I received a message from your site stating that you will get 100% off on Rs.350 purchase by applying a coupen code given. But it is not applicable. So stop sending fraud messages.
