ShopClues.com — rma approval without reason

This is with regards to my seller account held with shopclues with mid 659866.

First part is i am going through a huge loss in my business when talked about shopclues as i can see many products getting rma approved without any reason.

In the same place i am selling on snapdeal flipkart and other websites too but not getting a single penny loss there, may be there policy in rma is different but they actually check the product and sellers are charged according to that only, where as in case of shoplcues rma charged is blindly done lets talk about the products where i can see that rma was approved but there is no issue in my product and also none of any mistake
