[Resolved] ShopClues.com — shopclues not refunding after pickup | |||
I purchased a basic feature phone samsung guru from shopclues.com on 7th non 2017. Order number :[protected]. After a long spell of more than a week i got the parcel. Unfortunately, they sent a duplicate phone. I immediately created a return and the pickup was done on 16th nov 2017. After that, i was getting sms "pickup not done after first attempt". I emailed shopclues customer support to which they asked me to send the return receipt. After mailing the receipt scan copy, they closed the return request and not replying to my emails. After calling their contact number, they just sent me a generic email "we are working on priority and wait for 5-7 days". The customer support executive is reluctant to transfer to a manager and just asks me to wait without any concrete deadline as of when the refund will be sent. Moreover, the language they sent the email seems to be like a non-professional language with no kind of salutation. Its simply vague. Anyone out there, please help me in getting my money back.
