Hi,

I requested for the return on 30th Jan and since then your application has been continuously showing illogical statuses which I even confirmed with the executives but every time I used to call they used to tell me just one thing that the return has been reinitiated. However courier person never came during this period and when I call the executive to ask why my return has been closed, I get the answer that the courier guy has mentioned that he couldn't find my address, is there a think called TELEPHONE? Couldn't he call me if couldn't find the place? Then I got it reinitiated again and not just once I got it reinitiated 4-5 times because it automatically changes the statuses od my return. Your application shows different status regarding this product that 'return approved'- then 'product picked up'- then 'product received and quality check is in process'- then 'return rejected'. And as soon as I used to get this status I called your executive and asked for this because your silly application shows senseless and baseless status as the product was never picked up. And this happened not just once or twice, it happened for around 4-5 times.

For your kind information, the product has not been picked up yet and the current status of the return request which shows on your app is -'return quality check in process'. Let me remind that the product is still with me and not been picked up.

Are you trying to fool me or you think I'm sitting here doing nothing and only work I have is to get the status of returns?

It has been completed 16 days and still I'm struggling to get the refund. Ohh I'm sorry, 16 days and this product has still not been picked up.

This purchase was the biggest mistake of my life. I've spoken to approximately 10 executives (or may be more) till date and why? Just to assure the status of the return. It automatically changes the status on your app.

It has been regular excercise to keep tracking the status and that too by wasting 45 minutes of my day just for this return as this is what used to show on your app EVEN when it HAS NOT BEEN PICKED till now i.e.-

1. Return approved
2. Picked up
3. Return quality check in process
4. Return closed
5. Return rejected
6. Return reinitiated (after my call to the executive to reinitiate request)

I've seen these statuses of my product on your app even when the product is not picked up. How does it make sense, let me know. And this is not just once. It happened for around 4-5 times.

Plus I would request you to speak to Mr. Roshan, as I'M TIRED OF TELLING THE WHOLE STORY TO EACH EXECUTIVE EVERYTIME I CALL.

The status of this product was showing as 'Return quality check in process' since yesterday but it's not picked up.

See I'm really tired of wasting my time on this. My humble request to you is to get me out of this rid ASAP.

And you know what I've got full trust on your app now that even when the product has not picked up but now it is showing return quality check in process. So therefore tomorrow it will show return rejected, later return closed then I'll be struggling again and call your executive and ask him to reinitiate as the this damn product is STILL WITH ME and Never been picked up and would tell him the whole Ramayana again. I've got full trust on your app now. See the screenshot.

Shopclues is getting on my nerves now.

(Don't know whose mistake is this, your courier partner or your IT professionals but it is eating my time and I'm suffering)

(Same wrong status problem and automatic closure of the return request problem with another return of mine which is return ID: 945660 )
