This is in reference with shopclues review of poor quality product supply and customer care services:

1. I warrant that dont purchase any product from shopclues because they supplied poor quality product.
2. Also the customer care services are very poor, they did not helpful after delivery of wrong product.
3. Always supplied wrong product.
4. They will give concession on prepaid payment but after wrong delivery they did not return these product and total money losses the person who paid online.
5. Overall very poor performance of shopclues and suggested that dont purchase any product from shopclues.

Dear Sir, Kindly note that i have received Swipe Kconnect 4G against order[protected].
Sir, i am not satisfied with product quality. Very worst quality of vedio calling, touch, battery backup and voice over vedio call.
So I am requesting you to please return this product as soon as possible and refund the amount.
