But now asking for rbi is holding the amount so i need to pay 38000rs so take necessary actions and help me in getting my amount total 19200rs+5000rs so as per commitment he failed to send so get me compensation

Updated by kirthi j I have all call recordings of the person who spoke to me.his name is Rakesh and his number is [protected].Even I have received sms from shopclues also regarding the winning.i got sms from MD-SHOPCLUES So please give me compensation or the winning amount
