ShopClues.com — wrong email id and non delivery of curtains and invoice of my order on shopclues website | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have following issues with shop clues website from where I bought curtains worth of nearly 9000 rs on 3rd June, 2018 and have not been delivered yet. I am not receiving an email msgs coz my email id is wrong on their website and I cant change it from my mb or computer despite many attempts. 1)I have sent numerous messages to shopclues to change my email id on their website [protected]@hotmail.com, which is WRONG and as a result I cant see my order details and other things. My CORRECT email id [protected]@hotmail.com. 2)I received a message on my mb that curtains not delivered due to wrong address, I immediately replied on the link sent by shopclues that my address was correct and nobody had come to deliver. 3)Following are the tickets generated by their system where I have put my complaints- 6561190 6562375 6560997 Please help me to ge my things or refund my money from shopclues.com Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
