First of all I'm not giving any stars because there is no starts represent fraud or fake.
I ordered one Sony wireless head phone (WI-C400) and got delivery on Nov 27, 2019 and after checking out the product it clearly visible that what I received is wrong product. Same day itself I registered a refund and return request after reading their "Return policy section" https://www.shopdealclue.com/return-policy/
After 2 days I did not get a single word in reply, and seems it is fake company which target online buyers. I request everybody that please do not buy anything from them otherwilse you will lose and no body will help you also. Please you check the attached images, which clearly states the product what de offered and what they delivered.
If sombody have any information or artical about how to register a complain for online e-commers shopping website then please share with me, share with us.
