ShopDealClue — faulty jbl free x2

I have purchased one jbl free x2 earbuds from your website but it is not perfectly fitting in my ears, and voice gets blockage when i walk wearing them, not original jbl as described on the website.. I am totally unsatisfied with this pair of earbuds so i want to return them.. And want fully refund to my account.. Kindly help as soon as possible.. From rajbeer swami, from kolkata, order no. 15205
