Hi team, I ordered a laptop (Acer aspire 5 core i5 7th gen – 8 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home/2 gb graphics a515-51g laptop) On 3rd january 2019. They deliver through the delhivery courier awb number[protected], wrong product acer aspire i3 7th generation) on 15th january 2019. After that i sent several mail on provided id [protected]@shopdealclue.com on shopdealclue.com website as well as call on provided helpline number [protected] /+91-[protected] till now did not get any response from their end. [protected] number never connect, did whats up on [protected] this number did not get any response. I want to exchange/refund my amount My order id is 7731.
