i had ordered on 20th april and the order is yet awaited only...no response from them at all. In fact i could not get through the phone no. given even once despite trying it n number of times. And they are not responding to my mails either. Absolutely harassing...some action has to be taken against them. Also school is silent at this state of affairs whereby they should be supporting the parents and cancel all the orders given to the company and press for refund.

My Order no.: OR-1317761. We have Ordered 2sets of books and French kit on 23rd March & made full payment online through their portal. also. The order confirmation says 10 days delivery shall be done today is 20th April. we have received only one set till now. Another set is still pending from their end.
I called 4 / 5 times but Just misguided every time. Initially they said delivered all material. Then after some days their call center girl was asking to book another order with payment again & suggesting to apply for refund later on. Then 3 days back call center ppl said my material is out for delivery & will get it in 2 days. Today I called again they said its not yet initiated the delivery of material. & will check & confirm in few days. Everytime, they said will get back to us but no call back / reply from them till now.
Their customer care ppl are giving misleading info that shipped the order. Reality is that is not yet ready. Unprofessional. Liars, harrasing parents.
Having been daily following up, no answers. . What is the status if my order there is no simple straightforward answer. I am going to raise police complaint for cheating case if its not delivered within next 2 days.

We have Ordered 2 sets of books for 1st and 7th std 23rd March & made full payment online through their portal. multiple call done to customer call center with every time they give whatever answers comes in their mind. Every time, they said will get back to us but no call back / reply from them till now. It is almost month shame on Shopforschool portal and owner.

My Order Number : 1354853, Ordered on 05-April-2017 and still not yet delivered, i have been calling to the customer care number from last 5 days, and they are not giving any proper reply, also they asked to cancel the order, not sure is this site is only for cheating the parents, proper legal action need to be taken on this website and its owners.
