Shophare — mi smartphone not deliver | |||
I am Sri Dibyendu Majumder, reside at Kolkata, ordered a Red MI 8 Smartphone, Ruby Red Colour at www. shophare.com by Phonepay UPI INR 6649.00 at[protected], Order Id #17879 on dated 17-10-19, They assured that the product will be delivered within 5-7 days via SMS and my status is 'payment conformed' . i have 2 times that with official representative Sangita Singh (may not real name) and she told me that the product will be deliver within 25th & then 28th October, but till date no product delivered to my doorsteps. Now from 30-10-19 the co. website & helpline also not working. I request to the consumer forum to take necessary action to find the admin of the website, domains, moderators & take legal steps against there fraud activities & nasty play.
