[Resolved] Shophunk.com — Money not refunding for last 2 months after cancellation of order no 4545371 dated 11 nov 2014

sir/madam, This online shoppping website is not refunding my money of Rs.699/- vide my order no 4545371 dated 11 nov 2014.they promised me to refund my money within 8 days.But now it is more than 50 days and they have not refunded my money yet.Please lodge a complaint against shophunk so that they can initiate my refund money transaction.I have also requested them by telephone but they r just making me fool for last 50 days.Please take some necessary action. sandip katariyar visakhapatnam [protected]

Dear sir,

As per telephonic conversation with our respective customer, His problem has been successfully solved from our end. Customer wants refund, So his full amount Rs.699 has been refunded on 05-01-15 through cheque and cheque no is 215661.Customer will be getting his cheque within 7 business days on his given home address.
