Shopify — fraud advertisement of customized mobile covers online selling

There was a link on facebook from customisedmobileccovers.in regarding the online selling of mobile covers. I order the same on 18th oct 2017 and got confirmation message from them regarding the payment done. But after that i have not got any message from them regarding the delivery of my order. Tried to fetch contact number from the website as well but there is no information.

Hi.. I have ordered a finishing touch razor from shopify on dt 16.01.2018 & my order no is 4547 i have already paid for it. It was said that i will receive the product in two to three weeks but four weeks are there to go i did not receive neither they are giving options to track the product. They have cheated on me and i want my money back.
