I ordered bose wireless headphones in which i received a fake china made product worth ₹ 600 and i paid ₹3000 for bose headphone. Product was delivered by delhivery courier services. I am also not able to return product via return request from there website. I call back on there number but getting the number in not valid. Given contact number is invalid ([protected]).
I called the deliveryman immediately, simply he was replied to use supplier's return policy. But, there is no option for return policy in their website.
Kindly advise me to get the refund of INR2999 from them.
