Shopkaar — "redmi 4a" Sir, i have ordered redmi 4a mobile on www.shopkaar.com and successfully made my payment through debit card. Order id is 130055. At starting the company customer care number told me that they will deliver my order in 5-7 working days. But almost 25 days gone but they didn't deliver me the product and did not give any tracking details of products. Now customer care number is always engaged and they also don't reply me on my email. Pls sir i request you to take a legal step against the company and i want refund my money as soon as possible... I will be grateful to you... Thanks My mobile no.
