Shopkaku.com — delivery/shipment of wrong product of mobile | |||||
On oct 08 i booked a redmi 4a mobile (3 gb ram and 32 gb internal memory) from shopkaku.com and paid rs 5999/ on line and id no 134999 was allotted to me. After 5 days i received a packet through courier. On opening the packet i found a very cheap local mobile instead of redmi 4a product. I complained about the matter to shopkaku.com on customer care no[protected]and one mr sagar regretted for wrong shipment of mobile and assured me that they will sent mobile of right product i. E. Redmi 4a. I sent may e-mails to shopkaku.com on email id [protected]@ shopkaku.com and [protected]@shopkaku.com but no response from them. Now a days calls are not being accepted by customer care no[protected]. In view of the above, i shall request your honor that either correct product be shiped to me or rs 5999/- be refunded to me. Please mail above concern to payment gateway portal as I did the same and assured for refund by them.
