Shopkin — product not yet received

I had placed an order on 29th of March, 2019 and till date not received that product.
My Product order number is #20080 having 3 clothes in it of Rs 1200 in total and moreover neither this SHOPKIN site is showing on website instead some children toys & clothes site is showing with the same name. I want refund or the clothes.
I had mailed them on there mail id shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com but no response received.
I called on there site registered number [protected] but it is showing out of coverage now.
