Shopkin.in — do not purchase

I placed an order on 25th march and got a phone call that my order is confirmed and will reach by 12th april. There has been no update since. I emailed them but obviously there has been no response.
The order was prepaid and of ₹897
I request to please take necessary actions since it has affected many people and they will continue to do so by changing their username.
