Shopkin.in — not received the products after payment

I had ordered 2 sarees from shopkin for rs 1010/- on 27 mar 2019. I recd the order no. #14396 after making the payment by atom pay online. When i enquired the status of my order i found that none of their numbers ([protected] provided in sms and online customer care numbers) are not working. I wrote an email to which they replied that they are processing the order. But i did not receive my order articles. Their phone numbers are not working and they are not replying the emails. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for my refund. Please take strict action against the defaulters.

I ordered a dress from shopkin.in...i made an online payment but none of their contact nmbr is working...i even wrote a mail to them but the are not even responding to that email...i did not even received any order number...plz help me solve my issue and help me get the refund back

Fraud by this company maybe running in crores of rupees, better to raise a police complaint stating their address and mobile numbers.
