I placed an order on 25th march 2019. Haven't received anything yet (Product should have been delivered in 12 days as per their commitment) but haven't received anything yet. Their customer care number is out of service and no responses to emails whatsover. Please look into it. Its a bigtime fraud company! I have ordered my product on 23rd March too and by now I should've received my product, but it looks like a fraud.
They have purposely kept their phone not operational and they don't care to respond on emails too.
In short, they are teaching everyone not to use e-commerce websites and don't buy products online.
This is seriously sick and annoying!
I wrote them so many emails in person to enquire about my product delivery, but didn't get any response from them whatsoever.
Disgraceful indeed. #IncredibleIndia!
Whoever is reading this, please take this as an awareness/warning to buy products from shopkin.in. Just Don't!
And just in case if one knows how to get this scene sorted, please let me know!

I placed my order on 5th Apr, and as per their delivery process, it takes 12-15 days to get the items delivered. It's 23rd today, and still there is no mail nor any response from the management team from shopkin.in. And yes, the payment gateway was razorpay.
The website vistaclothes, also seems to have same collection exactly like shopkin.
Now, the site is also not reachable..
Request to login and file complaints of all customers through consumerHELPLINE.gov.in/ which I already did.
Hope this starts some solution.

Absolutely a fraud site. I ordered a dress from Shopkin on 27th March and I was supposed to receive it by 12th-13th April. I never received it and even sent a few emails to their email id. Moreover, they had only a pre-payment option and no COD. And now, even the website is not working.
I have attached the screenshot of the order confirmation message that I received.
The consumer court should take strict action against it and I should be compensated for it.

they looted me also. I want my money back.
they used razorpay payment gateway. Its a matter of shame that such frauds are taking place in our country. Our ciber crime department shiould look into this matter.
lets all get together and file complain against them.
