Shopmonk.com — Mobile returned amount not refunded

Never heard of any issues

guys I have never heard of any such issues from Shopmonk.com for the products that me and some of my friends have ordered from Shopmonk.com we are very happy with the quality of the product I have received from Shopmonk.com and I had called customer service and had no problem getting a response on the phone,

I purchased an apple iphone 6 plus at Rs 31, 768 from them, and I received a Genuine Product, and I was happy to save Rs 5000 on my purchase, I can recommend this site to any one as they have good range of gadgets and at better prices than amazon/shopclues/flipkart.
Also I have received a genuine product, compared to non genuine products I have received from the other online retailers, as I had a very bad experience with another online site where I received a Non genuine Apple Iphone for my wife whee the seller had changed the Battery and the accessories, I am very happy to find a site like shopmonk.com

guys we should be happy that there are many new sites coming up to give us more options, and saving us money, and we should kind of support them as they are making us a direct saving

its some thing like Until Reliance Jio had not launched, we were surviving with airtel or Vodafone and we thought we had the best prices and we actilly had no option, but when we saw price savings from Reliance Jio many o[censored]s went for Mobile number porting to Reliance or get a new secondary sim from reliance, even reliance had many issues dosent mean they are cheats or frauds, that are a genuine company trying to get us the best deals.

so lets stop complaining about small things and look at the big picture of saving, and support these new entrants.

I forgot to tell you, I also purchased a Harmon Kardon speaker for Rs 6000 where amazon seller was selling above Rs 12, 000 ! man thats a whopping 6000 bucks off -

i wish to not give even single star to shopmonk i broght apple 6 plus from them i received it at noon when i insert the sim and on the phone it hanged on setting and prosses struck der when i called cc they said that send email then we will see the cc servies is verry bad no manners to talk hope soo they soive my issue as early as possible den i will definately update my comment about it

i have purchased samsung e 7 mobile but it was not working so iwant to return that mobile customer care wasnot respnding so please help us my name rama krishna
