I Asmita ordered combo of raybon gogel, wristwatch, mens wallet, and woodland wallet and two wheelers cover on 10th april2017 and paid rs 1424 online. i didnot get confirmation message of order or shipping so i contacted customer care on 17th april 2017 they sent me sms of order confirmation and assured delevary within 5 business days.my order no is 2910. thy told me to wait.so after a week on 25th april i again called customer care but there was no eresponce.the answering machine told me to mail the complaint. what should be the next step?

Pank.singh34's response I have booked a watch diesel DZ7349 on 4th july and I have already paid RS 7199 against the order. but not received yet. Now shopmoyo is not responding. They are also not picking calls. From last five days they are showing in their website that they have refunded money. But amount is not credited in my account
