On 15th of april 2017 l hv ordered two numbers sunglasses and paid rs 3040/- online and got a delivery confirmation of 4 to 5 business days. Confirmed that shipment will be made from the seller "brand brazer", but till date l didn't get the product and cannot communicate the shopmoyo, sending so many mails, no reply, even l tried on their given phone number a. Recoded call is directing to mail at their customer care service, when l am sending mails no reply.. Plz help me out how l will get my product or my money refund from these cake sites.
