Order redmi 3s from shoponn. My order number is order id: orn[protected]. I order this on 12th april 9:29 pm. My order got cancelled and i didn't got the product as a standard process i was looking for refund to my debit card but it is not done yet. I am not ready to pay any charges and i want my complete refund to my debit card account. They received payment of Rs.9600 but neither delivered goods nor refunded the amount. Would you call it cheating?
